What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness as the guiding principle.

General principles:
Work not yet performed If we haven't yet performed work that's been paid for, that portion is refundable.
Scope changes Partial refunds may be available when significant scope changes make planned work unnecessary.
Completed work Refunds are not available for completed deliverables or active campaigns where work has been performed.
Our approach: If you're dissatisfied with our work, we encourage direct conversation before formal refund requests. Most issues can be resolved through scope adjustment, additional support, or clear communication about expectations.
We aim to be fair and reasonable. If something genuinely isn't working and we can't resolve it, we'll find an appropriate solution.
