Clients retain full ownership of all assets and systems created during the engagement.

What you own:

Creative assets All ad copy, images, videos, and other creative materials created for your campaigns.

Campaign structures Audience definitions, campaign architectures, and targeting configurations built in your accounts.

System documentation Strategic documentation, playbooks, and process guides created for your business.

Analytics and reporting Dashboards, reports, and analysis created for your use.

Data and insights All performance data, learnings, and insights generated from your campaigns.

What we retain:

Anonymized learnings We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for internal benchmarking and system improvement. This means patterns and learnings that don't identify you or your business.

Methodologies Our general approaches, frameworks, and methodologies remain ours. We apply them to your business, but they're not transferred as proprietary assets.

Confidentiality: No client-identifiable information is shared externally without explicit permission. We don't use client names, data, or results in marketing without consent.

The principle is simple: what we build for you is yours. What we knew before and learn generally across clients is ours.
