What are the contract terms?
We require a minimum three-month engagement, followed by month-to-month continuation.
Why three months:
Systems need time to stabilize Acquisition systems don't produce reliable signals immediately. The first month focuses on diagnosis, setup, and baseline establishment. Months two and three focus on optimization and signal accumulation.
Learning requires data Meaningful optimization requires sufficient data to identify patterns. Shorter engagements don't generate enough signal to calibrate effectively.
Foundation before performance Building proper infrastructure takes time. Rushing to performance optimization before the foundation is solid leads to fragile results that don't persist.
After the initial period:
Month-to-month After three months, the engagement continues on a monthly basis with 30-day notice for either party.
No long-term lock-ins We don't require annual contracts or extended commitments. Performance sustains the partnership.
Scope flexibility Scope can be adjusted via simple amendments as needs evolve.
Standard terms:
- •30-day notice period for either party
- •Monthly invoicing with net-15 payment terms
- •No penalty for ending after the initial period
Our partnerships are sustained by results, not contractual obligation. The three-month minimum exists because shorter periods don't allow systems to demonstrate their value fairly.
