How is platform access managed?

Platform access is managed through structured protocols that maintain security without creating operational friction.

Access principles:

Dedicated service accounts Where platforms support it, we use dedicated service accounts rather than personal logins. This creates cleaner audit trails and easier access management.

Appropriate permission levels We request the minimum access level required for effective operation. Admin access is only requested when operationally necessary.

Documentation All access requests and grants are documented. We maintain records of who has access to what.

Access lifecycle:

Onboarding Access is provisioned at the start of engagement through a structured checklist.

During engagement Access levels are reviewed if scope changes. Additional access is requested and documented as needed.

Offboarding Access is revoked within 24 hours of engagement end. We provide confirmation of access removal.

Client ownership: You retain full ownership of all accounts and assets at all times. We operate within your accounts—we don't create separate accounts that we control.

Credential handling: We never share credentials between team members. Each person who needs access has their own login with appropriate permissions.
