Security & Compliance

How is client data handled?

We maintain strict data security protocols to protect client information and customer data.

Access principles:

Least-privilege access Team members only have access to the platforms and data required for their specific responsibilities. Access is not granted by default.

Authentication requirements Two-factor authentication required for all platform access. No exceptions.

Access audits Regular reviews of who has access to what. Credentials are rotated when team members change roles or leave.

Data handling:

No PII storage We never store customer personally identifiable information outside of authorized platforms. Data stays where it belongs.

Encrypted transmission All data transmission uses encryption. No sensitive information is shared through unsecured channels.

Audit trails Data access is logged and auditable. We can demonstrate who accessed what and when.

Platform security: We follow each platform's security best practices and stay current with security updates and requirements.

If you have specific security requirements or compliance needs, we discuss these during onboarding to ensure our practices meet your standards.
