What are the onboarding requirements?
Effective onboarding requires access, data, and internal alignment.
Platform access required:

- •CRM or marketing automation access (if applicable)
- •Conversion tracking and pixel access
Data and documentation needed:
- •Historical performance data (12 months preferred, minimum 6 months)
- •Current campaign structures and creative assets
- •Customer acquisition cost targets
- •Lifetime value data or estimates
- •Conversion definitions and funnel stages
Internal alignment:
- •Designated point of contact with decision authority
- •Agreed communication channels
- •Realistic expectations about timeline and process
- •Commitment to provide timely feedback and approvals
Timeline: The onboarding process typically takes 5-7 business days once all access is provisioned. Delays in access provisioning extend this timeline proportionally.
