How are engagements structured?

Engagements are structured around systems and outcomes, not hours or task lists.

We operate on monthly retainers with clear deliverables and accountability metrics. The focus is on building and refining acquisition infrastructure that compounds over time.

Standard engagement structure:

Engagements require a minimum three-month commitment. This is not arbitrary—acquisition systems need time to stabilize, collect meaningful data, and demonstrate their value. The first month focuses on diagnosis and setup; months two and three focus on optimization and signal accumulation.

After the initial period, partnerships continue month-to-month. Our relationships are sustained by performance, not lock-in clauses.
